Explains the role of T.I.C in providing Document Control Service for standards and code used to maintain ISO 9000 system. Methods, tools and techniques to provide efficient Document Control service are being explained. Computerisation of standards collection using CDS/ISIS and its benefits to users is highlighted. Sources of information on standards in Internet are listed. Techniques of retrieving information on standards from various Websites such as IEC, ISO, ANSI etc. are being presented.	en_US
