Indian agriculture constantly in progress since past three decades and is the major producer of crops in the world. Despite the fact that the natural calamities such as flood, un-natural weather conditions and land erosion adds to a large quantity of crops go in waste every year. But still it is maintaining to find a place in the world with record production of crops. In this regard use of web technology can play significant role in communication & resource availability of data at right time at right place through E-Governance by enabling effective communication and 24x7 service to all leading digital information media enabling to boost up the Indian economy using the internet web technology as – Semantic Web Network.
