Title- Digital Humanities in Libraries

Abstract

The advent of technology in the traditional world of humanities has brought a new revolution and introduced the concept of Digital Humanities. Libraries, being the knowledge hubs of society, can serve as one of the core contributors to the development of digital humanities.

This colloquium aims at understanding the connection between the two, implementation of digital humanities in libraries and learning about the tools required for the purpose. We will further discuss the challenges faced during the process and a few projects under the umbrella of DH.
